民营经济已成为我国经济发展中的一支重要力量，为我国社会经济持续 稳定地发展和经济体制转变做出了积极贡献。然而，我国民营经济自身障碍与外部障碍已严 重制约其健康发展。因此，进行制度创新和优化外部经济环境，以解决民营企业发展面临的 现实障碍就成为必然选择。

Private economy has been played an important role in Chinese e conomy development today,and has made a active contribution to the transformatio n of economy system and continued,steady development of Chinese economy;meanwhi le,there are some inner and outer obstacles that limit seviously the private eco nomy away from smooth development.Therefore,it will be a certain choice to bring forth new ideas in the system and purification the external economy environment ,in order to overcome the immediate obstacles facing to private economy.
