摘要
社会学视野中的教师职业地位问题研究 ,主要是从社会、经济、政治、法律和政策等层面分析探讨教师职业专业化与社会化领域的宏观、中观问题。这一范畴所建立的一系列中观理论学说 ,为提高教师职业社会地位、深化教师专业化素质研究 ,不仅提供了一个新的认识视角和分析框架 。
The study of the teacher's professional status in terms of sociology aims to explore and analyse the teacher's professional status from a specializing and socializing view in terms of society, economy, law and policy. A series of applicable theories established in this category not only offer a new perceptual view and analytic framework, but also several research approaches and practical strategies to better the social status of teaching profession and deepen the study of the teacher's professional quality.
