文章总结了该院自1996年以来人事分配制度改革的做法和成效,主要有中层干部竞争上岗,行政后勤科室减人增效,专业技术职务评聘分开,人事档案交人才中心,不拘一格用人才等,改革力度较大,收效较好。
The article summarized what had been done in human resource and distribution system in the hospital since 1996 and its effects. It includes position contested in the middle level cadres, decreases staff members and increases work effect in logistic departments, separates granted technical title and engaged tide. The human resource records are kept in the Center of Personnel Management out of the hospital. The person with special ability will be introduced to the hospital. It received good result after the reform.
