摘要
分析了医院服务创新的基本特征、基本类型,从观念创新、体制创新、技术创新、制度创新、经营创新和文化创新等方面论述了医院服务创新表现的主要内容,指出,医院服务创新要善于抓住创新机会;坚持“以人为本”,提高全员素质和参与创新活动的积极性;建立健全服务创新的管理运行机制。
The article analyses the basic characters, patterns, conception innovation, systemic innovation, technical innovation, managing innovation, cultural innovation of the service in the hospital. It also covers the main content of the innovation of hospital service. The hospital innovation service should catch the innovation chance, and insist on taking the human being as the foundation', raise the staff members' quality, encourage their enthusiasm of taking part in the activities of innovation, establish and improve the mechanism of management and function of service in hospital.
