摘要
通过对美国和澳大利亚卫生机构评审制度的简要回顾,了解两个国家的评审历史和标准的变迁,尤其是绩效评价与评审制度结合在一起的过程;对医院评审制度在绩效评价中的作用进行了阐述;同时针对中国医院评审制度的现状,提出了一些建议,以充实和完善中国的医院评审制度。
Through to review of the history of accreditation in health organization and changing of standards in America and Australia, and the process of combining accreditation with evaluation of performance, to elaborate the action of accreditation for performance evaluating. Comparing with the system of Chitia, to submit some suppose, to enrich and perfect the system.
