星形细胞瘤恶性程度与基质金属蛋白酶表达的相互关系

The relationship between the malignant degree of astrocy toma and expressions of MMPs.

摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)中的MMP-2、MMP-9,及MMP-9的抑制剂TIMP-1,在星形细胞瘤中的表达的相互关系及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP方法检测57例星形细胞瘤标本,其中Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤11例,Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤16例,Ⅲ级星形细胞瘤17例,Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤13例。计算平均阳性率即LI。结果低级别星形细胞瘤与高级别星形细胞瘤MMPs的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01)。而TIMPs的表达差异无显著性(P=0.391)。结论基质金属蛋白酶MMPs的表达以及MMPs与TIMPs表达的失平衡,均与星形细胞瘤恶性程度密切相关。 Objective To explore the expressions and significance of MMP-2?MMP-9and TIMP-1,the specific inhibitor for MMP-9,in human astrocytoma.Method s Fifty-seven specimen of astrocytomas were detected include11cases of I astrocytoma ,16cases ofⅡastrocytoma,17cases ofⅢastrocytoma and13cases ofⅣastrocytoma.immunohistochemically with SP method(streptavidin-peroxidase method).The LI (Labeling index)was calculated.Re sults There existed a significant difference between LI of MMPs of low grade-astro-cytoma those of grade-astrocytoma (P<0.01).However,there were no significant difference of LI of TIMPs among them(P=0.391).Con clu-sion The expressions of MMPs and the unbalance of MMPs-TIMPs are closely correlated with the malignant degree of pathological grade of astrocytoma.[
