女阴尖锐湿疣及宫颈病变免疫组化与原位杂交HPV DNA的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 检测非妊娠期、妊娠期尖锐湿疣、子宫颈上皮内瘤变 (CIN)、宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒 (HPVDNA)的表达 ,为临床诊治提供依据。方法 收集非妊娠期、妊娠期尖锐湿疣标本各 30例 ,宫颈上皮内瘤变 (其中CINⅠ 12例、CINⅡ 9例、CINⅢ 7例 )及宫颈癌各 2 8例 (高、中、低分化鳞癌分别为 7、16、5例 )采用免疫组化SP及原位杂交法检测HPV 6 /11DNA及HPV 16 /18DNA。结果  (1)人乳头瘤病毒感染组织不同 ,HPVDNA的阳性率有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )原位杂交法检测优于免疫组化法。结论  (1)人乳头瘤病毒感染广泛存在于外阴尖锐湿疣、宫颈上皮内瘤变 (CIN)、宫颈癌中 ;(2 )人乳头瘤病毒与宫颈癌关系密切 ;(3)原位杂交法检测HPVDNA有助于尖锐湿疣、CIN、宫颈癌的诊断与治疗。 Objective The expression of HPV DNA in tissues of condylome acuminata(CA),cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN) and cervical cancer tissues both in unpregnancy and pregnancy stages was determined with a view to lay a foundation for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The tissues of 30 biopsies of condylome acuminatum in the stage of unpregnancy and pregnancy,28 biopsies of CIN (CIN Ⅰ 12,CIN Ⅱ 9,CIN Ⅲ 7) and 28 biopsies of cervical cancer(high,middle and low differentive squamons carcinoma 7,16,5 respectively) were collected and the HPV 6/11 DNA and HPV 16/18 DNA were detected by immunohistochemistry SP and in situ hybridization,respectively.Results (1)There is a significant difference of the positive retes of HPV DNA in diffenert tissues affected with HPV ( P <0.050);(2)The method of 'in situ hybridization' is superior to immunohistochemistry.Conclusion (1)HPV infection exists extensively in vulva CA,CIN and cervical cancer tissues;(2)the pathogenesis of Cervical cancer is closely bound up with the infection of HPV;(3)The test of HPV DNA by in situ hybridization is helpful to the diagnosis and treatment of CA,CIN and cervical cancer.
