内镜下治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血

Endoscopic Thearpy on Esophageal Varices Bleeding in Patients with Cirrhosis

目的 观察评价内镜下硬化疗法 (EVS)、套扎疗法 (EVL)、硬化与套扎结合 (EVS +EVL) ,治疗门静脉高压食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 6 8例患者分为三组 ,硬化剂组 19例 ,套扎组 2 8例 ,联合治疗组 2 1例。结果 三种方法止血率分别为 6 8.4 % ;85 .7%、90 .4 % ,食管静脉消失率分别为 89 4 %、6 7 8%、95 2 %。结论 内镜下治疗是控制食管静脉曲张出血 ,消除食管静脉曲张的有效方法。套扎与硬化结合可作为食管静脉曲张破裂出血的首选治疗方法。

Objective A study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of Esophageal varices sclerotherapy (EVS) or endoscopic varices ligation(EVL) and both in controlling the hemorrhage of esophgeal varices.Methods 68 patients were divided into three groups,19 received EVS,28 received EVL,and 21 combination of both.Result: in the three groups hemostasis rates were 68.4%?85.7%?90.4%,the rate of variceal evadication were 89.4%?67.8%?95.2%.Conclusion EVS and EVL are effective therapentic metheds for esophgeal varices bleeding with wide indication,operative facility and safety.
