摘要 目的 :评估非离子型MR对比剂 (欧乃影 )的安全性和诊断价值。方法 :对 5 0例患者进行MR平扫加增强扫描 ,记录不良反应 ,对增强前后的影像及诊断进行比较。结果 :未发现与造影剂有关的不良反应 ,作为增强指标的正常组织均有强化 ,80 %的患者病灶强化并提供了有价值的诊断信息。结论 Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the nonionic MR contrast agent (omniscan).Methods:Fifty patients were examined with plain and enhanced scan.Noted the side effect and compared the signal in plain and enhanced scan.Results:No side effect derived from omniscan,the normal tissue had enhancement in all patients,the lesions enhancement were observed in 80% patients and provided vauable information.Conclusion:omniscan is a safe and efficacious MR contrast agent.
