B超监测羊水指数及羊水性状与剖宫产后新生儿Apgar评分关系探讨

A study on the relationship between the B-mode ultrasonography surveyed amniotic fluid index and the character of amniotic fluid and Apgar score

目的 :评价超声羊水指数 (AFI)、羊水性状与新生儿评分 (Apgar)的关系。方法 :对 2 2 3例经剖宫产证实的孕妇产前B超结果与产后新生儿评分结果及相互关系进行分析。结果 :羊水指数低者羊水粪染率及新生儿低评分发生率高 ;羊水指数高者则畸形率发生高 ;羊水指数异常新生儿其围产儿并发症高。结论 :B超监测羊水指数、羊水性状与Apgar评分有密切关系 。

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the amniotic fluid index (AFI),the character of amniotic fluid and Apgar score.Methods:223 of B-mode ultrasonography before labor that were affirmed by cesarean section and the results of Apgar score as well as their relationship were analysed.Results:A low amniotic fluid index was accompanied with high rate of feces pollution and high rate of low Apgar score;a high amniotic fluid inedx with high rate of teratogenesis;an abnormal amniotic fluid with high rate of perinatal newborn's neopathy.Conclusion:There is close relationship between the B-mode-ultrasonography-surveyed amniotic fluid index,the character of amniotic fluid and Apgar score,and it is important to monitor the safety of fetus and direct the clinical treatment.
