有色冶金窑炉的结构与节能

摘要 炉体结构、燃烧装置和余热回收装置是冶金窑炉的组成部分,它们的合理结合将有利于提高窑炉的燃料利用率,提高产品质量,延长炉子寿命和改善劳动条件。本文就是从这样角度介绍了部分有色冶金炉窑的新的炉型结构及其运行效果,以及如何进一步去完善和发展新的炉型结构。 Furnace structure,burn installation and equipment for recycling waste heat are component parts of metallurgical furnaces. Reasonable combination of them are favourable to increasing rate of fuel utilization of furnaces and quality of products ,prolonging furnace life and improving working conditions. From this point of view, this article offers an introduction to some new furnace structures of non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces and their working effect,and how to improve and develop new furnace structures further.
