摘要
本文介绍了鞍钢和海城换热器厂联合开发的波纹管插件换热器在大生产中的使用情况,表明炉子的实际单位燃耗可下降6％,更具特色的是该换热器非但没有堵塞,而且结垢也十分轻微。
Corrugated pipe card heat exchanger are developed by cooperation between A ISC and Haicheng Heat Exchanger Factory. Its operation conditions in industrial production are described in the paper. The result of operation indicates that real unit fuel consumption of furnaces may be decreased by 6%. Moreover,what is characteristic of the exchangers is that not only they are free from blockage but the fur is much slight also.
