摘要
本文在回顾了系统节能技术的形成、发展和所取得的成绩以后,针对几年来在推广应用中效果不够明显的反映,研究了系统节能在应用过程中出现的一些问题,并对这些问题提出了解决办法。
In this paper, after reviewing formation, development and achivement of systematical energy-saving technique, and in the light of fact that results from applying the technique are not so good as expected in recent years, some problems coming out in applying the systematical energy-saving technique are analyzied,and procedure to solve the problems is presented.
