电弧炉内衬结构尺寸与节能的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据对辽宁省几家主要电炉钢厂电弧炉的内衬结构尺寸的考察,经过分析对比得出大部分电弧炉内衬尺寸不合理,炉壁太厚、熔池太浅,以至于熔池有效容积过小;为取得增产节能的显著经济效益,提出了较为合理的内衬尺寸的确定方法,并介绍了在某些炉子上的实践效果。 After Lining structure sizes of arc-furnaces of several arc-furnace steelmaking plants in Liaoning are inspected, as a result of analysis and comparison it is found that lining sizes of most of the arc-furnaces are not reasonable- the furnace walls are so thick and the pools are so shallow that working room of pools is extremely small. In order to increase production and save energy remarkably, methods to find more reasonable sizes of lining are presented. Meanwhile practice results of some arc-furnaces are introduced.
