摘要
近年来,国内外研究开发了许多新型烧结点火用的烧嘴,如多缝式烧嘴、面式烧嘴、线型烧嘴、小套管混合烧嘴、多管式烧嘴等。它们的共同特点是采用了高温瞬时、短焰直接冲击的点火技术,使烧结点火能耗得到大幅度的下降。本文介绍的幕帘式烧嘴也是烧结点火用的这种类型烧嘴。实用表明,50和130m^2烧结机点火煤气单耗可分别降至0.0879和0.093GJ/t烧结矿,下降幅度都在50%以上。
In recent years, many new kinds of sinter lighting-up burners such as the multi-slit burner, the surface-combustion burner, the line burner, the small casing pipe mixing burner and the multi-casing pipe mixing burner have been developed home and abroad. A characteristic common to them is that the techniques of moment high temperature and short flame direct shock are adopted in order to reduce the sinter lighting-up energy consumption with great range. The curtain-type burner presented here falls into the category mentioned above, pratice demonstrates that unit gas consumption in lighting-up on 50m2 sinter machine may be lowered to 0. 0879 GJ per ton of sinter ore, and 0. 093 GJ per ton of sinter ore on 130m2 sinter machine, with reduction value being above 50%.
