本文介绍了大型高炉均压煤气回收工艺流程及其热经济分析,表明1座4063m^3高炉年可增加收益73.68万元,年获取113157.2GJ煤气(火用)值,投资回收期1.38年。
In this paper, the technological process recovering balanced pressure gas from large blast furnace is introduced and the heat economy analysis is given, which illustrate that benefit from one blast furnace of 4063m3 can be increased by 73. 68×104 yuan a year, that 113157. 2 GJ gas exergy value is obtained in one year and that investment can be earned back in 1. 38 years.
