重锤摆动板式密封装置是用于烧结机机头、机尾密封的新型装置。本文介绍了此装置的结构及其在烧结机上使用的有关问题。使用表明,总漏风率可降低14％,年节电达108万kwh。
The plate seal assembly with heavy swinging hammer is a piece of new equipment for sealing which adopted in the discharge eng and the charge end of the sinter machine. In the paper, the structure of the equipment and relevent problems coming about when it used in the sinter machine are introduced. Operations prove that total air in leakage rate may be reduced by 14% , with saving electricity equal to 1080 MWh/a.
