摘要
镁质含碳耐火材料是一种重要的节能新材料,其含意一是与各种常用耐火材料的生产相比,它不需要高温烧成,节约了大量能源,镁碳砖的工序能耗为15kg标煤/t,各种烧成砖的工序能耗为64kg标煤/t,二是用在平炉、转炉、电炉等炼钢用炉及钢水炉外精炼炉方面,炉子寿命得到大幅度的提高,其间接节能效果非常之大,经济效益非常之好。所以,发展与推广镁碳砖的生产与应用,对我国冶金工业的发展具有重要的意义。本文是国家科委立项的软课题的研究报告,它综述了镁质含碳耐火材料在国内外的发展概况,收集整理了国内镁碳砖研制和生产的情况,对我国镁质含碳耐火材料的资源作了调查,对我国市场的需求作了预测,最后针对我国资源和市场需求的情况,提出了发展我国镁质含碳耐火材料的一些建议。
Magnesia-carbon refractories are an important new energy-saving materials. There are two reason for that. One reason is that they are not necessarily fired with high temparature compared with other commonly used refractories and a large amount of energy is saved. The process energy consumption of magnesia-carbon bricks is equal to 15 kgce/t, but the process energy consumption of various fired refractories bricks is 64 kgce/t. The other reason is that life-span of furnace is greatly prolonged when they are adopted in steelmaking furnaces such as open-hearth furnace, converter and electric furnace, and secondary refining furnace. So their indirect energy-saving effect is very great, and their economic effect is very good. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop and extend production and application of the magnesia-carbon bricks in metallurgical industry of China. This paper is a research report of a soft project set by National Science Committee. It summarizes magnesia-carbon refractory development home and abroad, collects and records the research and production situation of China, make a survey of magnesia-carbon refractory resource in China, gives a forecast of the market demand of China, and at last puts furward a proposal how to develop magnesia-carbon refractories in China.
