烟化炉冶炼工艺节能研究

摘要 从烟化炉的热平衡来看,烟化炉首先要采取在炉后烟道安装余热锅炉发电,把水套改为汽化冷却水套等一般炉窑节能措施,其次根据炉子有效热只有38%的情况,本文着重研究了烟化炉的冶炼工艺节能措施——采取冶炼-制水泥工艺,控制硫压的大小,控制鼓风量于最佳值,使用富氧空气。 According to heat balance of fuming furnace, energy-saving measures in fuming furnace should, at first place, be setting up waste heat boiler in fume tunnel after the furnace to generate electricity and substituting evaporative cooling jacket for water cooling jacket. Second, because heat efficiency of the furnace is only 38% other energy-saving measures should be depended on smelting technology, which are heavily studied in the paper. It includes adopting smelting and cement-making technology, controlling sulfur pressure and blast air to the best degree and using oxygen-enriched air.
