摘要
本文包括下列五部分:(1)钢锭热过程模型化(基本方程式和我们所提出的数学模型的特点);(2)计算结果(焓平均温度和凝固率计算式以及多种传搁时间表);(3)用AGA782型红外热象仪对数学模型进行了实验验证;(4)应用实例;(5)均热炉计算机优化控制。
There are five parts in the paper as follows. (1 ) the thermal process modelling of ingots (basic equations and features of mathematical models presented by authors); (2) the computing results (the formulas used to compute the enthalpy-average temperature and solidification ratio and the track time tables) ; (3) the mathematical models which are verified with infrared thermovision AGA 782 ; (4) the examples of application ; (5)the optimal controlling , for soaking furnaces with using computer.
