均热炉盖优化设计探讨

摘要 本文在文献[1]基础上,对均热炉盖内衬不同厚度耐火纤维材料进行了传热分析,得到了运行过程中炉盖的温度分布及急冷急热区位置,其结果无论是对炉盖的优化设计还是节约能源均具有一定的理论意义及实用参考价值。 On the basis of the former work [l ], heat transfer analysis of soaking pit lid, which is attached with refractory of different thicknesses, is made in the paper. The temperaturt distribution of the lid and the position of the region which is cold one minute and hot the next are obtained. The results of the paper will be usefu! not only for lid optimal design but also for energy-saving.
