摘要 炼钢用高炉铁水在运输过程中的温降很大,鞍钢为此进行了跟踪测定,并有针对性地进行了铁水保温多项技术措施的研究试验,结果分析表明,对铁水罐进行绝热、铁水表面加蛭石保温,再采取缩短运输时间的措施,可减少铁水温降50~60℃。鞍钢两年生产的推广使用,取得了节能4.7万t标煤等方面的显著经济效益。 During its transportation for steel-making, temperature of hot metal of blast furnace drops considerably. Therefore, Anshan 1 & S Co. made a survey of the temperature dropping following its transportation. And with aims, many experiments were made in order to keep the temperature of the hot metal from dropping by means of technological measures. Analyses of the results of the experiments indicate that it is possible to keep the temperature of the hot metal from dropping by 50~60℃ with thermally insulating hot metal ladle, putting vermiculite on the surface of the hot metal and shortening the transfer time. In the two years' application of the measures in Anshan I & S Co. , 0. 047Mtce was saved and other economic benefit was obtained.
