摘要
目前全国各地积极组建或筹措成立广电集团是广电业积极应对入世,接受挑战的表现,同时也是我国广电改革的必由之路。但是在广电集团化过程中,出现了单纯地依靠行政手段,以行政区域划分势力范围从而导致广电集团内部形会神离的现象,同时集团在经济上过分依赖广告收入也导致了市场风险的增大。唯有实行跨省、跨区域的集团整合,加强集团化管理,并且一手抓宣传,一手抓产业经营,才能走出以上误区并打造出广播电视的航空母舰。
Nowadays, many broadcasting and television groups are being actively organized and founded all over thecountry. The broadcasting and television industry is preparing to meet challenges. At the same time, it is the necessaryway of the reformation of the broadcasting and television industry in our country. However, during the process of organiz-ing the broadcasting and television industry into groups, the phenomena that the reformer only depend on administrativemeasures and divide the sphere of influence according to administrative area emerge. These phenomena make the groupsseemingly become harmonious, but actually at variance. Meanwhile, the groups greatly depend on the advertisement in-come, which undoubtedly improves the market risk. Only through the integrating of groups among provinces or regionsand strengthening the groups management and propaganda on the one hand, and through reinforcing industrial operationon the other hand, can we avoid the misconceptions and build the aircraft carrier of the broadcasting and television indus-try.
