“依德治国”是江泽民同志提出的治国方略。加强青少年道德建设是实现“以德治国”的基础性、综合性、全局性的伟大工程。必须强化青少年道德建设的思想理念,构建青少年道德建设的共同目标,探索青少年道德建设的基本方法,使“以德治国”方略落到实处。

Administering the country ethically is a guideline put forward by President Jiang Zemin in 2001. Reinforc-ing the cultivating of the moral of teenagers is rudimental and especially important to carrying out the guideline. In orderto practice the guideline, we must strengthen the idea of cultivating the moral of teenagers, establish a common aim andtry to find some basic ways.
