摘要
从成形速度入手,通过对选择性激光烧结技术(SelectiveLaserSintering)中现有的最普遍的两种扫描路径进行分析和比较,并考虑到不同扫描系统的特殊性,提出了对扫描路径进行优化的方法。从而能在保证制件成形精度的条件下提高成形速度,节约烧结成本。
Starting at fabrication velocity,analyzing and comparing the two prevalent scan paths in Selective Laser Sintering,and considering particularity of respective scan system,optimization methods of scan path have been presented for improvement on precision and increase of velocity and reduction of running cost in fabrication,with good applied effect.
