Application of Flat Disk-Type filters to domestic alumina factories and the technology thereof for optimization of filtration

中国各大氧化铝厂在氧化铝生产中先后从法国DORR公司引进了平盘过滤机,用于成品AH的分离洗涤。由于中国独特的氧化铝生产工艺,使其在实际生产中出现了各种各样的困难。本文详细叙述了中国氧化铝厂优化平盘过滤工艺的途径。

Flat Disk-Type filters introduced from French Dorr Co.have subsequently used for solid-liquid separation and washing of filtered aluminium hydroxide product in domestic large alumina factories.There existed some difficulties in actual filtration for aluminium hy-droxide product due to our unique process for alumina production.Thus the approach to opti-mization of filtration process using the Flat Disk-Type filters is expounded for reference for other factories using Flat Disk-Type filters.
