摘要
本文介绍了脱硅过程在烧结法氧化铝生产中的地位。通过对水合铝硅酸钠和水化石榴石生成机理的探讨,认为一次脱硅过程采用间接加热方式是可行的,并对中州铝厂采用这一工艺所取得的效果进行了介绍。
The important position of the desiliconization process step in production of alu-mina using the Sintering Process is staled.The application of indirect heating to the primary desiliconization was deemed to be feasible after an approach to the mechanism of formation of hydrated sodium aluminium silicates and hydrated garnet.Moreover,the effect of reduction of steam consumption by using the application of the above technology in Zhongzhou Aluminium Plant is introduced.
