异步单机连轧机的结构特点及其工作特性

Design features and operating characteristics of continuously rolling on a single cross shear rolling mill

摘要 异步单机连轧机是在一架多辊式机座上实现多道次异步连轧,与同步的多机架连轧机相比,可减小设备重量,减少设备投资,有效地减小轧制力和极限可轧厚度,并具有横向刚度高和自然消除厚差的工作特性。但这种轧机由于技术问题,目前只能在较低速度下生产窄带钢。 Continuously rolling on a single cross shear rolling mill is accomplished- with multi-pass cross shear rolling on a multip-roll mill stands.lt compares with continuously rolling on multi-stand,that reduces the weight,the investment,the rolling force and the minimum rolled thickness.In addition,the mill posesses high transverse stiff and working characteristics of naturally cancelling thickness difference.In the present case due to technical difficulty,it is suitable to narrow strip product in low rolling speed.
