The partial factor is used to analyse the five parameters and their interactions that affect the outputs in producing erythromycin spherical pellets by an extrusion -spheronization process.The efficiency of each f actor and their interactions are obtained.At the same time the effects of primary f actors and subordinate ones are separated and the coefficient of factors are ca lculated exactly.
