摘要
本文从分析立弯式薄板坯连铸机主体支架的结构特点、受力状况入手,描述了分析模型的建立、计算方法的选择、求解的基本理论,以及大型有限元软件ANSYS的应用过程,并给出了该结构的自然频率、静态和动态时的强度和刚度状况。
ANSYS,an advanced FEM software,has been used to study strength and rigidity of integral support frame of a thin slab caster of vertical and arc type. According to the specific conditions of structure geometry and load, a simplified mathematical model of FEM is formulated.Comoining with a suitable computing strategy,the model outputs the results of frequencies, strength and rigidity of both dynamic and static condi-tions,with acceptable accuracies.
