摘要
通过分析竖炉导风墙倒塌前、后的生产及操作指标 ,证明有导风墙时 ,竖炉生产的利用系数及成品球FeO含量均优于无导风墙时。竖炉内部炉料的“管道”跑风是导风墙内孔被堵塞的原因 ,通过改进导风墙结构 。
The operating indices of №1 shaft furnace in MAANSHAN PELLETIZING PLANT before/after the air guiding wall break down were analyzed The result shows that pellet production index of shaft furnace with air guiding wall was better than that without air guiding wall Because of the air distribution in shaft furnace was not uniform,the inside ports in air guiding wall were blocked easily,and so that the shaft furnace productivity was decreased Through improving the structure of air guiding wall,the above mentioned problems can be solved
