B超在诊断老年人胃溃疡中的应用

过去由于胃内气体的干扰 ,胃内溃疡、肿瘤 B超显示比较困难。近几年 ,由于胃内造影剂的应用 ,使胃内气体消失 ,可较清晰的显示胃壁分层 ,并能动态观察胃的蠕动 ,了解胃的运动功能及异常运行情况。老年人由于身体状况、疾病等多种原因 ,钡餐透视不易顺利进行。老年人胃溃疡特点也很适宜 B超检查。本院通过对 6 8例老年人胃部 B超造影检查 ,效果满意 。

At the past time gastric ulcer and tumor were difficult to show with B mode ultrasound, for the interfence from gas in stomach. As the application of endogastric contrast, the gas was disappeared,the layers of gastric wall were shown comparablely clearly, and the dynanic squiming movements of stomach were observed, so gastric movetive functions and abnormal running conditions were grasped. As the causes of physical conditions, disease, et. with the old, barium diet would not go on smoothly .Ultrasonography was suitable for the charactres of the senile ulcer. 68 old peoples were examined with B mode ultasound contrast examination, and satisfied significances were gained, which proved that ultrasonography was well fitted social services.
