细薄坯连铸国内外发展概述

Problem and solution in the development of continuous casting for near product

本文提出规范化技术术语“细薄坯连铸”,并对其进行了分类。以此为基础,回顾了细薄坯连铸的发展历史,分门别类地分析了各种主要机型的特点,提出了开发研究过程中遇到的主要问题和解决办法。最后从技术经济角度,阐述了细薄坯连铸工业化生产的发展趋势和主要影响因素。

Near-product casting is first proposed as a terminology with its scientific classifications to include all the processes for continuously casting steel, whose sections and qualities are near final products. Based on the theory, a perspective review on the history of near-product casting has been given by analysing the problems and possible solutions in the development of different processes. Finally, commercialization tendency of these process and effecting factors are forecasted from technological and economic points of view.
