彩色多普勒超声心动力图对婴幼儿Ⅰ～Ⅱ/Ⅵ级收缩期心杂音的原因分析

The Causal Analysis on Infancy Ⅰ～Ⅱ/Ⅵ Grade Systolic Murmur with Colour Doppler Echocardiographic Examination

目的 :探讨婴幼儿心脏 ～ / 级收缩杂音产生的原因。方法 :运用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查 12 8例心前区有 ～ / 级收缩期杂音的婴幼儿心内结构及血流动力学变化。结果 :受检者中心内结构异常者 2 3例 ,未见明显异常者 10 5例。结论

Objective To research the cause of Ⅰ～Ⅱ/Ⅵ systolic murmur in infancy heart. Methods The endocardial structure and hemodynamics in 128 cases of infants with Ⅰ～Ⅱ/Ⅵ grade systolic murmur in precardial region were examined with colour Doppler echocardiography. Results The endocardial structure is abnormal in 23 cases, and without clear abmormal in 105 cases. Conclusion The colour Doppler echocardiographic examination is best method for non invasive judging the nature of cardial murmur.
