痰菌阴性活动性肺结核X线征象分析

Analysis of X-ray Aspects of Active Tuberculosis with Negative Sputum Bacilli Test

136例成人痰菌阴性不典型活动性肺结核病例均经组织学证实 ,病变部位不典型 4 2例 ,占 30 .9% ;病灶形态学不典型 86例 ,占 6 3.2 % ;X线征象难以判断病灶的活动性 6例 ,占 4 .4 % ;无反应性结核病 2例 ,占 1.4 %。

Cases of adaults′ atypical active tuberculosis with negative bacilli were all attested by histology, 42 cases (63.2 %) were atypical of pathological location, 86 cases(63.2 %) morphologic; 6 (4.4 %) activity of focus couldn′t be judged by X ray aspects; 2 (1.4 %) were irresponsive tuberculosis.
