结肠癌CT诊断价值的探讨

Probe of CT Diagnosis Value of Colonic Carcinoma

目的 :探讨CT对结肠癌的诊断价值。材料与方法 :收集 31例经手术和病理证实 ,有X线、CT检查资料的结肠癌病例 ,进行读片分析。结果 :(1)结肠癌部位 :盲肠 8例 ,升结肠 7例 ,横结肠2例 ,降结肠 4例 ,乙状结肠 10例。 (2 )BE和CT对病灶显示均较清楚 ,但是CT在显示病灶周围情况 ,腹腔转移灶的发现 ,TNM分期符合率方面明显优于BE。结论 :CT对结肠癌的诊断 ,TNM分期等有很重要的价值。

Objective:To evaluate on CT diagnosis value of colonic carcinoma.Materials and Methods:31 cases of colonic carcinoma was collected which had been proven by operation and pathology with radiology and CT data .All films were analysed together in reading. Results:(1)The position of colonic carcinoma: 8 cases were in cecum, 7 cases were in ascending colon, 2 cases was in transverse colon, 4 cases were in descending colon, 10 cases were in sigmoid colon. (2)All of showing of BE and CT is distincter, but CT has superiority over BE in findinas around the carcinoma, in discovering of the transferred in abdominal cavity, and tally of TNM by stages. Conclusion:CT is of important value in diagnosis and TNM staging of colonic carcinoma.
