The theory of art talent is an important part of Kant′s aesthetics. Kant put forward a series of profound views on judgement of art talent which would deeply influence the later thought on aethetics. This paper reviews Kant′s theory of talent and evaluates its significance. It holds that Kant′s theory of talent is still valid today and continues to throw light on human understanding of art talent.
