摘要
随着现代企业管理理论研究的不断深入 ,人们逐渐意识到人力资源是企业中最为宝贵的资源 ;企业的竞争归根到底是人的竞争 ;一个企业人力资源管理水平的高低 ,最终决定着企业的竞争力。本文列举了我国民营企业在人力资源管理方面存在的种种问题 ,分析了其产生的内部和外部原因 ,提出了我国民营企业走出人力资源管理困境的一系列对策和策略。
With the continuous development of research into modern enterprise management theory, more and more people realise that human resource is the most valuable resource in a corporation, the competition among corporations is the competition for person with ability in nature, the level of human resource management decides the competitive ability of a corporation in the end. In this paper, the author not only enumerates all kinds of problems in human resource management of privately owned erterprises in China, but also analyzes the interior and exterior causes of these problems. At the same time, with references to successful experiences in human resource management in the werstern countries, he puts forward a series of strategy and countermeasure to help the privately owned en1terprises break away from difficulties.
