略论无意识教育法在高校德育工作中的运用

On Unconscious Education and Its Application in College Moral Education

本文从分析知识经济时代特点及其对高校德育工作的要求入手 ,简要探讨了高校德育工作改革的必然性 ,着重分析了无意识教育法及其应用 ,指出无意识教育法是新时期高校德育工作行之有效的方法 ,同时也对该方法的运行机制进行了一定的探讨。

Proceeding with analyzing the peculiarity of knowledge economy era and its want for the college moral education,after probing into the essential reformation in college moral education,the author points out that the unconscious education was the effective way to moral education in college in the new era(i.e.knowledge economy era),simultaneously some study has been made on how this method to operate.
