本文试从价值角度对无罪推定原则进行分析,指出该原则所蕴含的人权保护价值,认为在我国应将其上升为宪法高度,进而加强对我国公民的人权保障。

This paper tries to analyze the principle of the presumption of innocence from its value angle and the human rights meaning that holds in it.We suggest that we should place this principle at the level of the constitution in order to enhance the protection of our country citizens'human rights .
