摘要
文章讨论了工作度、教师工作满意度的涵义,指出了其影响因素,并运用态度理论阐述了工作度的社会心理机制,最终指出:进行感情投资,满足教师需要;关心体谅教师,开创开放性组织氛围;提升教师价值观与态度;完善知识结构,增强竞争意识四点对策探折。
In this paper,we discuss the concept of job satisfaction and teacher's job satisfaction.At the same time,we pointed out their influential factors.Combining with the Attitude Theory,we analyze the social psycho-mechanism of job satisfaction.Finally,four countermeasures were proposed:make an investment of sentiment to meet the teachers'demands;take good care of teachers and try to create an open organizational environment;promote organizational members'values and attitude;better knowledge structure and strengthen the awareness of competition.
