摘要
作为教育改革一部分的素质教育是面向未来的教育。高校图书馆要想更好的服务于教育就必须加强图书馆的各项服务,提高内部人员素质,使图书馆成为校园文化中心。
Diathesis education,as a part of education's reform aim at the future education. University's Library must strengthen their services and improve their librarian diathesis,in order to serve education better and make library as culture center of campus.
