石仙桃的镇痛作用的研究

The Study on the Anagesic Effect of Pholidota Chinensis Lindl

目的 :研究石仙桃的镇痛作用。方法 :采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、电刺激致痛法观察药物的镇痛作用。结果 :石仙桃提取液明显抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应 ;显著提高热板法和电刺激致痛小鼠的痛阈 ;且呈剂量依赖性。结论 :石仙桃具有镇痛作用。

objectives:Ths study on analgesic effect of pholidota chinensis lindl(PCL) Method:the effects were observed through the methods that caused analgesic effect in mice by hot board or by acetic acid inducing mice writhing or by the elecrtric spur.Result:the solution of PCL inhibited the activities on mice writhing induced by acetic acid and distinctly increased mice pain threshold by hot board,and by the electric spur,it showed dosage dependent effect.Conclusion:pholidota chinensis lindl possesses the analgesic effect.
