高效液相色谱法测定地肤子中地肤子皂苷Ic的含量 被引量:9

摘要 目的 建立地肤子中地肤子皂苷Ic(MomordinIc)的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱 蒸发光散射检测器 (ELSD)测定了地肤子中MomordinIc的含量 ,色谱柱 :ShimpackCLC ODS(15 0mm× 6mm) ;流动相 :甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (85∶15∶0 .2 ) ;流速 :1.0ml/min ;ELSD参数 :漂移管温度 70℃ ;氮气压力 :0 .2 1MPa。结果 回归方程为logY =1.34logX +5 .0 2 ,r=0 .9995 ,分析了 4批商品药材地肤子中MomordinIc的含量为 0 .83% 2 .2 1% ;平均回收率为 98.30 % ;RSD为 3.1%。结论 方法快速简便 ,重现性良好 。 AIM The purpose is to develop a method for determining the content of Momordin Ic in Kochia Scoparia METHODS ELSD was used to determine the content of momordin Ic in kochia Scoparia\%. The separation was performed on Shimpack CLC ODS column with MeOH H\-2O HOAc(85∶15∶0.2) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. RESULTS The regression equation of momordin Ic was log Y =1.34log X +5.02, ( r =0 9995). The content of Momordin Ic was 0.83%~2.21% in four kinds of marketed \%Kochia Scoparia\%. The average recovery was 98.30% with RSD 3.1%. CONCLUSION The method was quick and convenient with a good reproducibility.
