This thesis is to prove the high status of the educ ation of national defence is different periods of time, especially the peaceful time in China, by the inveotigation and analysis of the developing process of CC P's educational concept of national defence. From the revolutionary years to th e socialism construction time, and to today's reform and opening time, the lead ers of three generations timely adjusted the ideas of national defence to meet t he new situation,developing the educational concept of national defence in a sci entific,systematic and legal way.
