《诗学》主要是关于悲剧的学说。朱光潜先生阐发的“过 失说”具有较高的美学价值，但“过失”一词译法并不确切，应改译为“过错”。悲剧“过 错说”是经得起古希腊戏剧舞台检验的。

Aristotle's Poetics is about the theory of tragedy .This paper analyses the aesthetic value of the statement of 'fault' proposed by Zhu Guang-qian,pointing out 'fault' is not the accurate word. And the stat ement of 'error' is acceptable in a broad sense and can stand the test of the classical Greek tragedies.
