摘要
在市场经济的新形势下,干部队伍的建设面临着许多新情 况、新问题,如何加快干部人事制度的改革,努力形成优秀人才能够脱颖而出,富有生机和 活力的用人机制,是高校改革的一个重要方面。
An active and effective mechanism of personnel sele ction constitutes an important part of the reform carried out in colleges and un iversities.The aim is to meet the new challenges in the new situation and encour age the outstanding people to bring into full play their ability and talents.
