摘要
传统法律文化既是法制现代化的历史与逻辑起点，又是法制现代化的文化资源。中国的法制现代化必须对传统法律文化进行批判继承，以期建设有中国特色的当代法律文化。
The tradional legal culture of China is not only the historical and logical starting point of modernizations of legal system but also the cultural resources of it.The modernizations of legal system of China must carry on the tradional legal culture critically in order to build up the contemporary legal culture with Chinese features.
