摘要
我国社会转型期随着改革的深化 ,利益分化日益明显 ,利益矛盾日渐突出。协调好利益关系是改革攻坚面临的挑战性课题 ,而制度是最关键的因素 。
Along with the deepening of the reform in China's social transformation, the interest differentiation and the interest conflict are standing out in a more and more prominent position. How to regulate the interest relation is a challenging problem in assaulting the fortified positions of reform. Since the system is the most pivotal factor in solving the problem, a scientific and rational interest regulative mechanism should be constructed.
