关于中共党代会年会制和代表常任制的思考

ON THE SYSTEM OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND THE SYSTEM OF THE STANDING DELEGATES OF THE NATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE C.C.P.

近年来一些学者就完善党代表大会制度问题进行了极有意义的探索 ;党代会年会制和代表常任制对于坚持和落实民主集中制 ,对于“怎样建设党”这一核心问题 ,具有理论和实践意义 ;中国共产党在组织建设方面要与时俱进 。

Laterly some scholars have contributed to perfect the Congress System of the C.C.P..The system of annual conference and the system of the standing delegates of the National Congress of the C.C.P will take theoretical and practical meaning on forcing the democratic centralism,and on the core matter of 'how to build the C.C.P'.On the aspect of organization's construction,the C.C.P.must consummate this political design and institutional innovation stage by stage.
